HI-QUAL COURIERS – Terms & Conditions
1. All shipments must comply with Jamaican Customs laws and regulations. Illegal, prohibited, or restricted items will not be accepted.
2. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information, including names, addresses, and contact details, is accurate.
3. Shipping charges are based on the actual or volumetric weight of the package, whichever is greater.
4. Customs duties, taxes, or additional government fees (where applicable) are the customer's responsibility.
5. HI-QUAL COURIERS is not responsible for delays caused by airlines, shipping lines, customs inspections, weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
6. Customers must inspect their packages upon collection or delivery and report any damage or missing items within 24 hours.
7. We are not responsible for items that are poorly packaged by the sender or supplier.
8. Customers should collect their packages promptly after notification. Storage fees may apply to packages left uncollected for an extended period.
9.HI-QUAL COURIERS reserves the right to refuse shipment of any package that violates our policies or applicable laws.
